SYNOPSIS:

        mixed quote(mixed)

DESCRIPTION:

        Converts arrays to quoted arrays and strings to symbols.
        Symbols and quoted arrays get quoted once more.

EXAMPLES:

        quote("foo") -> 'foo
        quote(({1,2,3})) -> '({1,2,3})
